Assam and Darjeeling. We are an FSSAI-registered repacker — we select estate teas from established gardens, grade and blend them at our Sheoganj facility in Sirohi, Rajasthan, and pack them under our brand.

We do not own tea estates. We source bulk leaf from gardens we trust, then test, blend, grade, and pack it ourselves under FSSAI licence 12221040000245. Most of India's premium tea brands operate this way — repacking is craft, not just logistics.

Yes — these are real Camellia sinensis leaves, not herbal infusions. Roughly 30–60mg of caffeine per cup at standard brew strength, similar to most black teas.

Aburaj is आबू + राज — the rule, or kingdom, of Abu — referring to Mount Abu, the sacred hill of southern Rajasthan that rises behind Sirohi. We registered the brand on 9 February 2022. Four years later, on 27 February 2026, the Government of Rajasthan formally renamed Mount Abu to Abu Raj. The naming was prescient.
